Bahria Town Karachi now issues all its bills — maintenance, electricity, water, gas, shop rent, Heritage Club and BNB — on one official website. This guide explains how to download and pay your BTK bills online, the due dates, what happens if you pay late, who has to pay maintenance for plots, villas, apartments and shops, and the fixed charges on electricity and water.

1. 🌐 Bahria Town Karachi Online Billing Website — bahriatownbilling.com
Bahria Town Karachi has launched an official online billing portal — bahriatownbilling.com — where every resident and property owner can view, download and pay their monthly BTK utility bills from home. All seven bill types are available in one place:

Every bill carries a Kuick Pay ID and a 1Bill (1LINK) payment ID — so you can pay online from any banking app, or print the bill and pay cash at UBL.
2. 📥 How to Download Your BTK Utility Bill Online
Choose the Bill Type
Click the tab: Maintenance, Electrical, Water, Gas, Rent, HeritageClub or BNB.
Select the Period
Pick the billing month from the "Period" list.
Enter Reference Number
Type the reference number printed on your old bill (format like BTKS-0001).
Type the Code
Enter the security code shown in the box.
Download or Pay
Click Download Bill for the PDF, or KUICKPAY ONLINE to pay directly.
Tip: Keep your reference number saved on your phone. Without it you cannot download the bill online — you would have to visit the Billing Department.

Rule: All bills are uploaded on the 1st and must be paid by the 10th. Pay early — missing the due date can lead to disconnection.
5. 🚨 Late Payment, Disconnection & Reconnection
Important: If the due date has passed and Bahria has disconnected your utility, the outstanding dues cannot be paid online or at the bank.
Visit Maintenance Office
Go to the Accounts Department in the Bahria Maintenance Office.
Pay Dues in Cash
Pay all outstanding dues in cash at the Accounts Department.
Request Reconnection
Ask them to inform the concerned department that dues are paid and your utility should be reconnected.
Pay Reconnection Charges
Bahria also charges reconnection charges before restoring the service.
6. 🏘️ Who Pays Maintenance Bills in Bahria Town Karachi?
There are four property categories in BTK — Plots, Villas, Apartments and Shops. When maintenance starts depends on the category:

7. ⚡ Bahria Town Karachi Electricity Bill — Fixed Charges & Unit Rate

Bahria charges a fixed PKR 2,000 every month on the electricity bill — whether you live in the property or not. This is charged on top of your units consumed. The current rate is PKR 84.96 per unit.

8. 💧 Bahria Town Karachi Water Bill
FIXED MONTHLY CHARGE
PKR 2,000
Bahria charges a fixed PKR 2,000 per month on the water bill — whether you use water or not. This is charged on top of your actual water bill.
9. 🔥 Bahria Town Karachi Gas Bill — Bahria LNG Plant (Not SSGC)
Bahria Town Karachi has started supplying piped gas from its own LNG plant. This is not SSGC gas. Only homes connected to this line receive a gas bill. Currently connected:

Q1: How can I check my Bahria Town Karachi bill online?

Dues after disconnection cannot be paid online or at the bank. Pay in cash at the Accounts Department in the Maintenance Office, request reconnection, and pay the reconnection charges.
Q5: Do I pay maintenance on an empty plot?
No. Empty plots have no maintenance bill. Maintenance starts only after the Construction NOC is issued and digging begins.
Q6: Why do I pay PKR 2,000 on electricity and water if I don't live there?
Bahria charges a fixed PKR 2,000 per month on each of the electricity and water bills whether the property is occupied or not, on top of any usage.
Q7: Is Bahria gas the same as SSGC?
No. It comes from Bahria Town Karachi's own LNG plant. Currently Bahria Apartments, Quaid Villas, Iqbal Villas and some Precinct 10A villas are connected.
