NEW POLICY ANNOUNCED FOR OLD BTK 125 SQ YARD CUSTOMER

Bahria is trying to give solution to their customers. Few options are mentioned below

Conversion of BTK old 125 Sq Yard Plot into  75 Sq Yard Plot

1- Due to deficiency of 125 sq Yard old BTK plots , it has been decided and approved by Cheif Executive that customers who have full paid / out of boundary 125 sq Yard old BTK plot can convert their plot into 75 Sq Yard Bahria Green Plot.

2- On case to Case basis , Conversion will be allowed on the same payment plan in Bahria Greens

What is The Procedure to Avail this Policy?????

1- Customer can submit their application for conversion of old BTK plot into 75 Sq Yard plot in Bahria Green with the following documents

~ Copy of Original Booking Form /  Transfer Letter

~ Surcharge Report

~ Undertaking by customer for non-involvment of dealer/ Broker.

~Snap Shot / Copy of ID card / Verification at NawabShah Counter.

2- After Evaluating the cases , consolidated list will be prepared for Cheif Executive Approval

3-  On Approval of CE , customers will be informed for submission of original file

4- Case will be processed as per procedure in vogue through adjustment software.

REFUND CASES

Customer who has already applied for refund . Their application will not be Entertained under this scheme / policy

This Scheme will be available upto 31sth Oct 2022
