Bahria town Public Notice for 23a Villa and out Of Boundary wall
Bahria Town Karachi has once again issued new notice for Out boundary wall customer and Precinct 23a (200 sq Yard and 150 sq Yard Villas) Customer.
In this letter Bahria has stated that Now Precinct 23a villa customers (200 and 150 sq Yard) and Out of Boundary wall Customers can merge their file in JINNAH AVENUE COMMERCIAL 250 sq Yard Plots
Merging amount policy mentioned Below
1- Precinct 23a - 200 Sq Yard Villas
Precinct 23a 200 Sq Yard customers can merge their file in Jinnah Avenue commercial. Bahria will adjust their file in 10,000,000 (1 crore).
After this rate will be increased in the Open Market for 23a 200 sq Yard Villas. Both parties ( Jinnah avenue commercial customer and P23a villa customer) can benefit from this policy.
2- Precinct 23a - 150 Sq Yard Villas
Precinct 23a 150 Sq Yard customers can merge their file in Jinnah Avenue commercial. Bahria will adjust their file in 9,000,000 (90 lakh).
3- Precinct 62-63
Once again Bahria has announced that Precinct 62 and 63 files are out of boundary wall. This means that Bahria does not have land for these customers. They can adjust their file to 1,590,000. Although Market value is above from this rate in open market but still bahria has offered them to merge their file in this commercial
4- All active Out Of Boundary Wall Files
In this , Bahria has offered to all active and unballoted customers including 125,250 and 500 Sq Yard customers to merge their file at Launching Price.
