Bahria Town Karachi Implements Mandatory CCTV Cameras and Alarm Systems
BAHRIA TOWN KARACHI SECURITY
The security issues in Bahria Town are increasing day by day. Three days ago, a house was burgled in Ali Block Precinct 12. The thief broke the grill and stole jewelry before leaving. Bahria has taken strict measures after this incident.
1- CCTV Camera Installation
It is now mandatory for all homes under construction to install CCTV cameras on the front and back sides. Bahria will not provide a completion certificate without CCTV cameras.
Residents of homes that are already constructed have been given until March 15, 2023, to install CCTV cameras. If they are not installed by this date, Bahria will impose a heavy penalty.
2- Alarm System
It is now mandatory to install a home intrusion alarm system for both residents and sites under construction. The IP-based system will be connected to the main security command. If anyone tries to enter a house, the alarm will sound.
Bahria has issued a circular for all of these measures

CONCLUSION
Bahria Town Karachi's decision to introduce mandatory CCTV cameras and alarm systems is a positive step towards addressing the security concerns in its communities. It demonstrates the developer's commitment to the safety and security of its residents and is a proactive approach to preventing crime. With these measures in place, Bahria Town Karachi is well on its way to becoming a safe society that other communities in Pakistan can emulate.
