And for those who are willing to reside  immediately  this precinct is not feasible now  that's why charges are less.but in longer run 3-4 years the surroundings will be populated by the precinct 16 bahria heights and theme park and imtiaz super store is nearest. There is no electricity provided by bahria generators which adds more cost to the construction price.
