3- Ali Block - Precinct 12 

The most famous area in Bahria Town Karachi for 125 square yard plots. This area has seen the most construction in Bahria, but it is also comparatively expensive, with plots costing between 60 and 75 lakh Pakistani rupees and ready villas costing between 1.5 and 2 crore Pakistani rupees depending on the construction quality.

4- Precinct 14 

A small precinct on Jinnah Avenue with an oval-shaped cutting for 125 square yard plots. This area has a complete development by Bahria, but few homes have been built there. The market rate for this area is between 50 and 65 lakh Pakistani rupees.

5- Precinct 15 

Opposite Ali Block, this precinct has seen the most construction after Ali Block. The market rate for this area is around 55 to 65 lakh Pakistani rupees.

6- Precinct 15A 

 A non-developed area where possession has not yet been announced by Bahria. People tend to buy plots in this area for investment purposes, and the market rate is currently around 42 to 52 lakh Pakistani rupees.

7- Precinct 15B 

 A non-developed area where development is happening quickly. The market rate for this area is currently around 38 to 45 lakh Pakistani rupees.

8-Precinct 27 

 A developed area with new and old plots, which can affect the market rate, currently between 40 and 65 lakh Pakistani rupees.

A beautiful location with a dancing fountain, with half of the area fully developed and the other half non-developed. The market rate for the fully developed area is around 42 to 55 lakh Pakistani rupees, while the non-developed area is around 38 to 40 lakh Pakistani rupees.

10- Precinct 31

A fully developed precinct with a market rate of around 42 to 55 lakh Pakistani rupees.

11- Precinct 23 

A good long-term investment, although it is around 22 km away from the main entrance gate of Bahria Town Karachi. Half of the area is developed, and the market rate is around 32 to 39 lakh Pakistani rupees.

12- Precinct 24

Located right in front of Precinct 23, this area is also a good long-term investment, with a fully developed area and a market rate of around 34 to 39 lakh Pakistani rupees.

13- Precinct 25 

Located opposite Bahria Golf City, this is a fully developed area with a market rate of around 36 to 42 lakh Pakistani rupees

14- Precinct 61 62 63

Precincts receive more attention from an investment point of view because they are low-budget investments. These precincts are non-developed and Bahria Town Karachi has not yet declared their location. Customers protest a lot about this at the Bahria head office and on social media.
